Things to Know before Returning to Humboldt

To help ensure your safety and the safety of the campus community, please refer to the following list of suggestions and requirements when on campus.

Students

- Complete online attestation about vaccination status

- By Jan. 23, "fully vaccinated" means initial shots and booster

- Conduct daily wellness self check

- Get tested before returning to campus after breaks or travel

- Get tested if you develop COVID-19 symptoms

Notify instructors and Student Health and Wellness Center if you test positive

- Isolate or quarantine if test positive or have been in contact with a confirmed positive. Learn how

- Wear masks in indoor spaces and classrooms

- Wear masks outdoors if you cannot maintain six feet social distance 

- Wear masks in cars or buses for University activities

- Bring your student ID for access to all campus events

- Wash your hands frequently 

 

Employees

- Complete online attestation about vaccination status

- Complete self-assessment and certification for Spring 2022

- By Jan. 23, "fully vaccinated" means initial shots and booster

- Get tested before returning to campus after breaks or travel

- Conduct daily wellness self check

Notify your supervisor and Human Resources if you test positive

- Isolate or quarantine if test positive or have been in contact with a confirmed positive. Learn how

- Wear masks in indoor spaces and classrooms except for single-person offices with door closed

- Wear masks outdoors if you cannot maintain six feet social distance 

- Wear masks in cars or buses for University activities

- Bring your Humboldt ID for access to all campus events

- Wash your hands frequently 

 

Visitors

- Conduct wellness self check before visiting campus

- Do not come to campus if you have COVID-19 symptoms or have had a positive test result in the last 10 days

- Wear masks in all indoor spaces

- Wear masks outdoors if you cannot maintain six feet social distance 

- Bring proof of vaccination (including booster as of Jan. 23) or negative test in last 72 hours for entry to all events

- Some spaces are restricted to the campus community only
