Any department or individual hosting a campus visitor will be responsible for ensuring that campus policy is being followed. Events with fewer than 50 participants wearing masks at all times do not have to physically check the status of their guests. However, any event, meeting, gathering that has more than 50 participants and/or involves an activity that requires unmasking is required to identify someone in the host department who will be responsible for viewing the proof of compliance for the visitors. Proof of vaccination or negative tests results only need to be shown to the identified hosts. No documentation is needed to be kept or archived. If you have any questions please reach out to risk-managment@humboldt.edu.
