Direct Deposit Statement and Paycheck Pickup

Humboldt State University would like to remind University employees that the process regarding payroll has changed.

As a reminder, pay day is on the following days:

  • Staff and Faculty: March 30, 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.
  • Students, Hourly Staff, Special Consultants:  April 15, 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.
  • Sponsored Programs Foundation employees: April 10 and April 24, noon - 1 p.m. 

Direct Deposit Statement

The University will hold your direct deposit statement, which will be sent to your department once campus resumes normal operations. In the meantime, please review your statement in your PeopleSoft Human Resources account. Select “Self Service” and select “Payroll Compensation.”

 

Paper Paychecks 

The University would like to mail state paychecks to intended recipients. 

Please email hsu-cash@humboldt.edu if you would like your paycheck mailed to you, as we need your authorization. Please include your mailing address in the email and we will verify that against the current address on record in your PeopleSoft Human Resources account.

 

Check Pickup for Staff & Faculty Payroll on March 30

To ensure social distancing and to keep the campus community safe, we will be limiting the pickup of paper paychecks on March 30. 

  • Employees with a last name beginning with A-L may pick up their check 11 a.m.-noon 

  • Employees with a last name beginning with M-Z may pick up their check noon-1 p.m.

 

Please pick up your check on March 30 at the Parking Drive-up Kiosk outside the Student Business Services Building in Lot G-11 (see map). Please bring a photo ID to claim your check. 

If you are unable to pick up your paycheck on March 30, it will be available at the Cashier’s Office during the hours listed below.  

All other time reporting and payroll processing will follow normal campus and auxiliary procedures.
