Cal Poly Humboldt has developed plans for flexible repopulation of campus and student experience during the 2021-22 academic year. All eateries are open, as are all buildings, and student clubs have resumed small in-person meetings and activities. Everyone must continue to do wellness self-checks before coming to campus.

Humboldt NOTIFICATION - Two Humboldt student teachers from the Children’s Center on campus have tested positive for COVID-19. Out of an abundance of caution, the decision was made to close the center per Humboldt guidelines until Tuesday, September 7. COVID-19 Safety Course Required for Repopulation

The updated COVID-19 safety course is now live and can be accessed here.

Anyone working in campus facilities must take the training prior to returning to work—even if they took the old version. The course should only take 15 to 20 minutes to complete.

Aug 6 2021 - 10:52am

Due to recent changes to guidelines in regards to masking by the CDC, CDPH, and Humboldt County Public Health, and the notable increase in cases locally due to the Delta variant of COVID-19, several changes will go into effect regarding campus repopulation. As the Delta variant is significantly more infectious than previous variants of COVID-19 the need to reduce potential exposures will be critical in curbing further spread.
